Checked at every stage
Jay Chemical Works conducts checks at every stage of production — from raw material through processing and crystallisation to final packing. Nothing moves to the next stage until it has been checked at the one before.
Tested by an independent laboratory
We do not rely only on our own testing. Our products are sent to Paralab Private Limited, Mumbai — an FDA Mumbai-Maharashtra approved public testing laboratory — for independent chemical analysis. Testing is carried out against IS 254 : 1973, the Indian Standard for magnesium chloride, and our flakes, centrifuge crystals and natural crystals have each been certified as being of standard quality under it.
What is measured
Every analysis covers magnesium chloride content, sulphate, calcium and alkali chlorides, each against the limits laid down in the standard. A certificate of analysis is issued for the batch.
